Expedition Technical Demo Certification Program

Get your very own Certificate based on the course you select. If you finish all 3 levels, you will earn CPE credits!

Explorer Certification – Level 1
Foundation and Overview
Duration: 1.5 hours
The Foundation and Overview course will be a 1:1 technical training session with Axis Solutions Architect and will cover an architecture overview and demo of the Axis Security solution. Learning to set up various use cases in the Axis Lab to complete level 1.

Mountaineer Certification – Level 2
Lab setup
Duration: 1.5 hours
The Lab setup course will be a 1:1 session with an Axis Solution Architect who will help
the partner set up their own lab to demo to their clientele. The Axis SA’s will instruct the
partner engineer in building a lab instance consisting of 2 connectors, 1 windows node, 2
Linux nodes, SAML IDP Integration and configure 6+ demo use cases outlined by the
Axis SA’s.

1. Linux Machine
   8GB Ram, 4 Cores, 42GB+ disk
   Centos, Ubuntu, OEL, AWS Linux
   We’ll be installing our Connector on this
2. Windows workstation/server – WWW / RDP / SSH. We’ll use this only as a target
   machine to access so the system requirements can be very minimal. What we’re after
   are the basic services like RDPing into it, hitting a web page on it, and if you can turn on
   SSH, that would be great.

Sherpa Certification – Level 3
Demonstrate and Deploy
Duration: 1.5 hours
This course will allow the partner engineer to demonstrate their knowledge, from their
previous levels, and ability to deploy the Axis Security solution from start to finish. They
will utilize 5+ use cases from the partner lab to earn the Level 3 certification and CPE
credits. An Engineer will integrate Axis with an IDP (your choice) and integrate Axis with
1 SIEM tool (your choice).
