Built on a zero-trust approach, users are securely connected to apps, while avoiding the need for VPNs, VDI’s, agents, or appliances.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for a skilled, passionate and results-oriented Marketing Campaigns Manager who thrives in a fast-paced start-up to help accelerate and scale our demand generation efforts.&nbsp; You will be an integral part of helping Axis Security drive best-in-class campaign implementation that meet and/or exceed pipeline growth targets. This role is primarily responsible for strategy and management of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, both inbound and outbound (ABM). Marketing Campaign channels include: webinars, email, nurture, content syndication, chat, display advertising, SEO, paid advertising, social, event promotion, direct mail and website.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing cyber security start-ups and have a meaningful impact on it's success. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Demand Generation, location is flexible, but preferred in the Bay Area, California.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and manage all the cross-functional campaign components that shape the digital experience and customer journey to drive demand for new business</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Execute strategy for outbound account-based program (ABM), partnering with BDR and Sales Teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that campaigns execute on time, align and support other marketing efforts across the organization, and optimize contact frequency through direct channels</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the campaign development process, including the building of campaign briefs which include campaign strategy and objectives, translation of key messaging points and working with Content team, identify content and digital assets required for campaigns, and the campaign calendar</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the webinar programs from planning, implementation, lead follow up and reporting</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create the strategy and execution for nurturing leads through a mix of relevant content and journey-based calls-to-action</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with Marketing Operations to build and monitor the automation of webinars, emails, landing pages, web page, event follow-up and content syndication</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Report on campaign analytics and demand generation results working with Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, ensuring monthly recap of results against required lead and sales pipeline delivery goals</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner closely with BDR and Sales team to communicate campaign and content efforts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure new leads are properly cleaned, uploaded and routed to BDR team</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continuous execution and innovation to help the marketing team meet monthly targets and quarterly pipeline goals.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4-10 years’ experience as a Marketing Campaigns, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing or ABM Manager in B2B SaaS</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Results oriented, metrics driven track record</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with CRM solutions, Salesforce.com preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Marketo preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Direct experience with ABM and ABM Platforms is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and self-starting environment leveraging your creativity, insight, and intellect.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong organization and time management skills with excellent verbal and written skills.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player with attention to detail and a good sense of humor</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div>&nbsp;</div> <div>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.</div></div>
