The BDRs are the first point of contact for prospective customers and are vital contributors to growth and pipeline. We are searching for an experienced, highly motivated, data-driven BDR/SDR leader with exceptional business skills, a track record of success, and a natural desire to win.
You will manage and grow a team of BDRs bringing expertise and passion for acquiring new clients and have proven success in prospecting, sales pitches, qualification, and general business development. You and your team are hunters who can tell a compelling story to multiple roles in an organization, using your influence and skills at relationship building. You will help scale a best-in-class BDR team that you will hire, train, and manage. The BDR Director will also work closely with sales and executives, as well as outside agencies and vendors. This individual will play a key role in generating highly qualified pipeline.
