The ideal candidate brings the talent of an artist, combines creative expertise as a graphics designer with strong understanding of business and marketing, and translates complex technological ideas into simple, beautiful, and visually engaging content and materials. </p> <p>You will be responsible for setting the standard for high quality and professional creative design across the company. You will help establish and execute on a brand vision that charts the path for marketing growth to align with and drive business growth.</p> <p>This is a high-profile role in the company, requiring being comfortable working with the executive team and cross-functionally across the company. The role reports to the CMO, and is based in our office in Tel Aviv, Israel.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the go-to leader for all brand development, identity, creative services, graphics and art direction.</li> <li>Design and direct all types of creative and content (collateral, infographics, social cards, PowerPoint, video, events, trade shows, etc.) - working closely with sales, demand gen, channel marketing, product marketing and customer success teams to communicate the benefits of Axis.</li> <li>Own the website creative direction, design, and collaboration with the web development team/resources.</li> <li>Lead the brand strategy and execution for Axis. Develop and enforce global brand guidelines, look and feel.</li> <li>Work closely and collaborate with the UX/UI team for a consistent, strong brand experience</li> <li>Scale creative services in a cost-effective manner to align with demand growth</li> <li>Evaluate and manage outside design agencies, freelancers and vendors while maintaining the quality and integrity of the brand.</li> <li>Manage internal marketing graphic design staff and external design resources.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>6-12 years professional work experience in art, graphic design, marketing, and communications in a B2B software company. Team leadership experience is a plus.</li> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field of study required, from a leading institution.</li> <li>Ability to get things done, quickly and effectively, consistently meeting deadlines and beating expectations.</li> <li>An intimate understanding of design, copy and best practices/guidelines for web and all types of content.</li> <li>A strong understanding of brand development, campaign development and multichannel marketing concepts.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate and give critical feedback on content, strategy, art, and story development</li> <li>Must have superior communication skills in English.</li> <li>Must be highly organized, hands on, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale in a highly dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.</li> <li>Mastery in a variety of tools, including Adobe, Figma, etc. and knowledge of the latest web, social, video, and design trends and technologies.</li> <li>Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.</li> <li>Thrives in a high pressure, fast-moving environment, including some flexibility to support team projects and needs in US time zones.</li> <li>Some travel required.</li> <li>Innovative, motivated, organized, high energy team player with attention to detail and a good sense of humor.</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><div> </div> <div>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.</div></div>Back to All Positions
