Built on a zero-trust approach, users are securely connected to apps, while avoiding the need for VPNs, VDI’s, agents, or appliances.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Our Sales Culture</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">We work to get better every day including weekly sales enablement</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">We strive to be trusted and respected by customers</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">We seek to understand before seeking to be understood</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Company Overview</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Founded by veterans of Israel Military Intelligence Unit 8200, Axis Security makes application access a great experience for users, and safer for businesses.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The SaaS platform enables any organization to quickly transform insecure network based applications into managed, zero trust access for employees, contractors, partners, etc. Unlike legacy solutions such as VPNs that overshare access and create excess risk to users, networks and data, Axis’ unique Application Isolation Technology ensures users only gain access to what’s allowed, while providing visibility and control to IT Security.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Sales Operations Manager will lead efforts around sales and adoption of the Axis Security solution focusing on F1000 companies, leading a full lifecycle sale from discovery through negotiation, to post sale customer relationship management and upsell.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build a plan with sales leadership to meet and exceed quota</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prioritize/tier accounts, involve the right resources, leverage partners, etc.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead sales cycle for assigned territory</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive top of funnel pipeline</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Relationships, outbound prospecting, conferences/events, etc.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Convert interest into closed business</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">SDR alignment, inbound leads, partner/VC referrals, etc.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with CTO and SA team to drive successful POC’s</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build customer proposals, requirements, and respond to RFI/RFPs</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to learn new technologies quickly</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to gain customer commitment for POCs and demos</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a 10+ year track record in an enterprise software B2B sales role exceeding revenue quotas, beating the competition and building a territory</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have an excellent work ethic, hunter mentality and have experience working at an early stage startup</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are comfortable presenting to C-Level executives and an IT security audience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You're experienced in sales methodology such as Force Management, MEDDPICC, Sandler and using Salesforce.com for forecasting</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Beneficial Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of the Zero Trust ecosystem and competitors</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with cloud security and permissions systems - IAM, VPC, Security Groups</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with security solutions - Firewalls, CASB, WAF, Vuln Scanning, AV/EDR, DLP, IPS, NAC, etc.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div>&nbsp;</div> <div>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin.</div></div>
